FAQ

Short answers to the most common questions, from signing up to everyday work.

Anyone. Sign-up is open and needs no invitation. Once you have confirmed your email address, you land on the “For you” page. The first project you create makes you its Admin. See Create your account.

On the sign-in page, click Mot de passe oublié ? (Forgot password?), then follow the link you receive by email. It is valid for 15 minutes. The sign-in pages and the emails are in French only. See Sign in.

As many as you want. No licence limits the number of users or projects. See Invite someone by email.

Yes. The interface and the built-in help exist in French and English, and you choose your language from your account menu. The sign-in pages and the emails stay in French. See Choose your language.

Yes. Export your tickets to CSV from Jira, then import them into your project. An assistant has you map each column to a field before the import runs. Prepare the project first. The assignees must be members of it with the same email address as in the file, and every status in the file must exist in the workflow. Sprints, comments and attachments are not brought over. See Import a Jira CSV export.

Not for now. Archive it instead. It becomes read-only and leaves the lists, and nothing is lost. You can unarchive it in one click. See Archive a project.

No. The key is chosen when the project is created and cannot be changed afterwards, so that ticket keys and the links that mention them stay valid. See Choose a project key.

A site decides who can see whom and who can join which projects. A team is a group of people from the same site, with no access of its own, that tickets can be assigned to. See Manage a site’s members and Create a team.

No. Once the end date has passed, the board shows how many days late the sprint is, until a Member or an Admin closes it. See Close a sprint.

The Timeline screen is not available yet. The entry stays visible in the project sidebar, but it leads nowhere.

Not yet. The tickets of a breakdown can be exported to CSV from advanced search. See Understanding the sprint report.

Every file type is accepted, up to 20 MB per file by default. The exact limit for your installation is written below the drop zone. See Attach a file.

On Formuloo’s infrastructure. The tool is self-hosted, and sign-in goes through Keycloak, Formuloo’s identity service.

The tool was built for that case. The first load weighs less than one megabyte, fonts are served locally, and each screen is only downloaded when you open it.
