How-to
Take the guided tour
The first time you sign in, a tour of a few bubbles presents the GP-Formuloo bar. You can take it again at any time, and each main screen also has its own tour.
Follow the tour
Link to the “Follow the tour” section- Read the bubble. Its counter gives the step, for example “1 of 7”, and the element presented is outlined.
- Click Next to go to the next step. Back returns to the previous one.
- At the last step, click Done.

To stop before the end, click Skip or press Esc.
Take the tour again
Link to the “Take the tour again” section- In the bar, click your avatar, on the right.
- Click Take the tour again. The tour starts again from the first step.
Take the tour of a screen
Link to the “Take the tour of a screen” section- In the bar, click the Help button, shaped like a question mark. Outside an input field, the ? key opens it too.
- At the bottom of the help panel, click Tour of this screen. The tour presents what you do on the open screen.

Your account menu also offers Tour of this screen. On a phone, the bar has no help button, so use this menu.
If you get stuck
Link to the “If you get stuck” section| What you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| The tour did not open the first time you signed in. | Go to another page: it was waiting for a window to close. Or start it again with Take the tour again. |
| The counter shows fewer steps than elsewhere. | A step whose element is not displayed is skipped. On a phone, the tour has six steps, and presents the bottom menu instead of the panel and the help button. |
| A screen tour opens the first time you visit each screen. | This is intended for a new account that finished the general tour. Click Skip: in this browser, no screen tour will open by itself again. |
Good to know
Link to the “Good to know” section- The page stays usable during the tour. A click on the outlined element does what it usually does.
- Your account remembers that you have seen the tour. It does not come back on another computer, unless it changes with a new version of the product.
- Screen tours already seen are remembered by this browser only.
- On a screen that has no tour of its own, Tour of this screen opens the general tour.
